In my defense, yes I was driving w/o license and yes there were drugs in the car. However, after the female officer had already taken me to jail to be booked in on THOSE 2 CHARGES; the other 2 officers took my boyfriend to his hotel room in Lebanon and searched it without a warrant or probable cause and that is where the possession of drug Paraphernalia came from. Also in the hotel room there happened to be an old pair of scales, which for some reason turned my drug simple possession to MANUFACTURING WITH INTENT FOR RESALE. I honestly have no idea how I can be charged with half of these charges considering I was already arrested for driving without a license and possession of the drugs in the car i was driving.
